-No person with a felony assaultive behavior conviction ever allowed to reside on property.

-Apartment doors will be equipped with 180-degree eye-viewers, deadbolt with 1” throw and strike place installed with 2 ½ to 3” screws.

-Apartment windows have 2” locks.

-Controlled Access.

-Owners/Managers will have completed a Crime Free Multi-Housing Manager Seminar.

-Apartment building will have adequate lighting as determined by the Sioux Falls Police Department.
